This spacious rambler features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths as well as a detached dry cottage with another queen bed. We accommodate up to 8 guests (the enforced limit includes all children and visitors).
A modern, spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets, spices, and more, with plenty of room to entertain. The home features an attached suite with streaming TV, kitchenette, full bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower, as well as an additional private bedroom with a queen-size bed.
All beds are luxury mattresses with the highest hotel-quality linens. Each expresses individuality and creates a peaceful night's sleep. Streaming TVs are located in the primary suite and the cottage.
Fully connected fiber-optic internet with speeds exceeding 400 Mbps handles all your streaming needs, and a home office setup with desk and computer monitor makes remote working a possibility.
Outdoors, enjoy four kayaks (brand new — 2 tandem and 2 singles), paddles, and life jackets, plus sports court gear for pickleball, shuffleboard, and other court sports. Firewood is provided for the outdoor firepit (please respect local burn bans). Explore our private 100-foot low-bank beach — please stay on our property and do not wander onto neighboring beaches. Enjoy, responsibly, the Nordic barrel sauna and all of its health benefits.
The expansive deck features a gas fireplace and a covered patio off the primary suite — a wonderful conversation area for a late-night glass of wine. Take a dip in the summer swim spa or settle into the Adirondack chairs beachside to hang out and enjoy the views.

A closer look
Everything you need
You will have full private access to the entire property. This is a rambler home with two steps to the entry and two steps to the back-room entertainment area. There are steps to the sport court, but also a flat gravel path to the sport court and beach area.
Your safety and security is our top priority. Each guest is issued a unique door code that is activated upon check-in and deactivated at your checkout time.
2 King beds and 3 Queen beds. 3 bathrooms (2 walk-in showers and 2 tubs). Rambler, all on one level. Sport court and kayaks with all the gear. Sauna — year round. Swim spa — seasonal, May through October, heated to 85 degrees. Fully functional kitchen with all the gadgets plus a separate kitchenette in the media room. Smart TVs and fiber-optic internet. Outdoor wood fire pit and gas fire pit on the deck. Inside and outside dining. Clean, large gas grill. Easy and ample parking.
Summer season we have a 5-night minimum; the rest of the year we host guests for a 2-night minimum.
As we are a shared beach community, we have a strict NO PET policy and a strict NO PARTYING policy.
The swim spa is closed October 1 through May 1. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, with no sport court usage during quiet time. Please respect all local burn bans for the outdoor firepit and observe the community 20 mph speed limit on the private road.
Due to the septic system and county regulations, we enforce a strict 8-guest limit (includes all children and visitors).
This is a no-smoking property (includes cannabis and tobacco, inside and exterior). Please smoke in the designated area only, near the dry cottage. Please — no shellfish harvesting or crabbing from the beaches.
