By accessing and using the Cedar View Management website and booking our vacation rental properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Cedar View Management operates short-term vacation rental properties in Washington State, including The Pickering Passage House in Shelton, WA and The Lily Pad in Maple Valley, WA. Our website provides property information, photos, and links to our booking platform. All reservations are completed through our third-party booking system.
Bookings and Payment
Reservations are made through our authorized booking platform. Payment terms, including deposits, cancellation policies, and refund schedules, are determined at the time of booking and confirmed via email. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and are responsible for the accuracy of all booking information provided.
Property Rules
Guests agree to respect all property-specific rules communicated at check-in or listed on the property page. This includes observing quiet hours, adhering to occupancy limits, and complying with our no-smoking and no-party policies. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property or its contents occurring during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Cedar View Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or rental properties. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss of personal property, or disruption of travel plans. Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located within Washington State.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
